Current Routine: T25 + Shakeology + Training for Komen 10k

Day 1: August 5th, 2013 – First day was ok, definitely was sweating a lot, modified a few of the moves, but overall I did well. My first impression of Shakeology isn’t great…I got Vanilla…I’m not loving it. I’m going to try it with Almond milk or fruit tomorrow because it tasted like ear wax by itself.



So…If any of my previous readers are still out there (I doubt it, it’s been over a year), you’ll remember that a lot of my blog was documenting life before marriage. I was following Weight Watchers trying to get into decent shape before my big day in Jamaica.

Well, the big day happened. It was better than I could have imagined. I loved every second of it!

I’ve kept off that weight, but most recently decided I wanted to tighten up a little more. I’ve been feeling really…down lately and am hoping that switching up my typical workout routine and eating habits can fix that.

  1. I LOVE Jillian, she has worked wonders for me. You should try the 30 Day Shred. I didn’t think that a 20 minute workout could actually produce results but believe me, it does! It’s great for days when you don’t have a lot of time or don’t feel like working out but feel guilty about not doing it. It’s quick and effective, and cheap!

    • I’ve got the Shred on my list of workouts to try, I’ve been sitting on a copy of her Buns and Thighs DVD for a while now, maybe that’ll be my September workout. Thanks for commenting on here, it reminds me that I totally forgot to update where I finished! Update coming soon! 🙂
